2N IP Verso 2.0 is a modular IP video intercom platform that has become a standard for premium multifamily and commercial entrances. It supports interchangeable modules for keypads, RFID readers, Bluetooth and more (QR codes are read by the main unit camera), so the same device can handle visitors, residents and staff in a clean, modern form factor. For Chicago North Shore condo and HOA projects we use Verso 2.0 when boards want a “showpiece” entrance station that integrates with mobile apps, internal monitors and third-party access control systems. The intercom is built for tough outdoor environments, with attention to audio quality, camera performance and cyber-security, which is critical when the device is connected directly to the building network. In many of our designs we pair 2N IP Verso 2.0 with 2N Indoor View units inside apartments and with separate access control panels for back-of-house doors.
