System upgrades and modernization for existing security systems

Typical upgrade sequence
Most successful projects begin with stabilization: fix power/network issues, restore recording reliability, and document the current system. Phased upgrades from legacy DVR systems usually follow the same pattern — the highest-value components move first, often an analog-to-IP camera swap at key entrances, and the rest is planned around occupancy, access needs and capital timing.
