Product overview and installer notes
The UniFi USW-Flex-Mini is a tiny, fanless managed switch used to add a few extra network ports at desks, AV cabinets and small enclosures. While it does not provide PoE output, it can be uplinked from a PoE switch and still carry full UniFi management and VLAN configuration. For security projects this is handy when we need to break out one or two ports near an NVR, intercom gateway or small access control panel without pulling an additional home run. In North Shore offices and condo buildings we also use Flex Minis in AV racks and meeting rooms where the same network needs to support both IT and security devices but still remain segmented. Because it is part of the UniFi ecosystem, we can see traffic, port status and topology in the same interface as the rest of the building network.

Service, upgrade and maintenance
If you already have Ubiquiti hardware on site and the system is unstable, we can audit it, fix urgent issues and plan upgrades step by step instead of forcing a complete replacement. This includes systems originally installed by other vendors.
