How a typical project works

1. 1. Short call or email. You describe the property, your concerns and goals – security, convenience, remote access, insurance, etc.
2. 2. Site visit & documentation. We walk the building, review existing equipment and cabling, and take photos of key areas and panels.
3. 3. Design & proposal. We create a practical design with a clear scope of work and an equipment list from our catalog.
4. 4. Installation & configuration. We install, label and test everything, and make sure you can actually use the system without a manual.
5. 5. Handover & support. You receive logins, documentation and a realistic maintenance plan, plus access to service and remote support.
